“In iOS 10 it was easy to clear all notifications. Now in iOS 11 on my 7 Plus I can only clear notifications individually. Is there a way to clear all notifications or has this been taken away from iOS 11?”
I’v found this question on iMore. KingBuick said he couldn’t find a way to clear all notifications on its 7 Plus after updating to iOS 11. And some other users also report this notification issue. In previous iOS, there was a “X” on the top right corner that you can tap to remove all notifications but now it seems gone from iOS 11.
How to Delete All Notifications in iOS 11
Actually, the way to delete notifications in iOS 11 is the same as that in iOS 10. And when the notifications jumps out on your screen-locked iPhone, there is no “X”. However, when you swipe to get all notifications, it appears the “X” icon that you can 3D touch to Clear All Notifications on your iPhone iPad.
3D Touch on any of the X’s next to any notification

If you can’t delete notifications using 3D touch, you can check whether you enable this feature under Settings app > General > Accessibility. Of course, you may met some iOS problems that stop you from deleting the notifications after the iOS 11 installation. If there is other notification issue, please comment it on the below for discussion.

This wording isn’t doing it for me. Not only did I not find how to clear all notifications on my iPad (ios11.1.1) but my time was also wasted.
